If your area is about to experience colder than normal weather, like we are about to have in Memphis, don't forget to drip water in your inside faucets and open the doors to vanities and sink cabinets to let the heat get to the pipes. This is ESPECIALLY true for your vacant rental properties! We instruct our rental agents to follow this procedure to protect our investors properties every winter. If you are an out of state investor be sure your Management Company does the same!

Well, we got it straight from Preston and Pete and we're building our base of info and learning how to operate the beast.
So far, WOW! This program does so much for you, I'm blown away. Of course I'm still learning, haven't done a deal yet and it's been close to 24 hours and there is so much to learn but I'm excited about bringing an already Rockin' business to the next level.
