We are in need of condos, town homes, and single family residences at a discount. We are a bulk buyer. Dollar amount no problem. Our favorite locations are Florida (central, south, and panhandle), Texas. California, Nevada, Arizona, South Carolina, and North Carolina. However, we will look at good deals anywhere.
