This isn't related to real estate, but a personal note... if you want, check out my picture of my little boy, (now a man), who just graduated high school.  I wasn't sure if he was going to pull it off, but he did!!!!!!!! YEA!!! 

Anyway, thought I'd share.  He's now wanting to go full time with me on rehabbing (had to tie it in to realestate ONE WAY!!! ).
