We are looking for fully rented houses that can be purchased in groups of 10 generally in the same geographic location (but not necessarily the same neighborhood). Single family homes only. No duplexes or Multi-units. Properties should yield a 15% return.  (i.e.  if the purchase price is $60,000, net rent (after property management, taxes) must be at least $750. Houses may be of any shape or size provided they are rented. There is no minimum purchase price. Potential profits could range from $50,000-$100,000 on bulk acquisition.
