I have been investing for over 21 years, and I haven't used a Bank or Hard Money Lender since 1993, yet I've bought and sold millions of dollars worth of properties. All using private funding sources.

Nice to see a post from your camp. Been busy adding a unit-a-month to my rentals out here for the past 3 years. Things are going well to say the least. Out to do some floors in a bit.
