There has been a growing trend of "crap" finding its way into the blogs of this site. I thought this was a "real estate investor" web site. Recently, I have become overly dissappointed with the growing number of blogs which are blatant ads that list commercial web sites to "sell" their stuff to us, the real estate investor community.

I am calling out the creators of this site to do your job and monitor these posts and take action to bring this site back to what it used to be. One of the top notch destinations for forums, advice, and tips from experts in the field - doing real estate deals - for REAL ESTATE INVESTORS!!!

C'mon REI community. Stand up for this site and take back control. And you who have the permissions to moderate the site for content - please do your job!
