Personification is the attribution of person-like traits to something which can not be classified empirically as a person (or human), and is thus inanimate. We personify many things, like our teddies or our doggies because they appear to take on human characteristics, because such is human tendency.

 Human tendency also imparts reflection of self to define what we consider to be human. For example, I might look in the mirror to be reminded that the human face and body exhibits bilateral symmetry, or that when I smile I see emotion. This site in many ways only inanimate, in fact it only exists in a binary code arranged to create a picture. It isn't what it is.

 So what is the RealEstateInvestor.com? It is an inanimate extension of the meta-personality that resides within Colin. He has created a website that, much like himself, taps into people, their knowledge, resources, intellect, and advice effectively re-arranging the universe in a way that he sees fit. They are both quite amazing forms. 

Like its progenitor, this site has friends, ideas, information, wit, and impeccable timing. It's always there when you need it -- 4am or the year 2010. 

This website exists only indirectly through the acts of a human. It may thus be given personified traits. So please, treat it like you would a best friend. All constituents of the Real Estate Community (at its finest) will reciprocate this congeniality and propagate success.

 I know it may seem that all I do is praise this site, but honestly if I can't praise a person than I shall admonish their deeds. It is true that you can only know a person through their actions -- so I invite you all to write a blog not about a person but by something they have done. Then, to those who will rate the blog, rate not the blog but the person and the deed described within.
