LOOKING FOR SFH,MULTIFAMILY PRODUCT : We are looking for direct-to-seller and off-market listings for our Active Buyer Groups. Our firm has several Active Buyer Groups that we are working with who are interested in expanding their portfolios in the Southeast and Southwest. These groups are aggressive, assess deals quickly and move quickly if the asset fits their criteria. Their needs are as follows:
*50 units+
*SFH
* Nation Wide Key State CA, FL,AZ,
* Cash on cash of 8%+
Conventional or student Housing
