Loan-to-Value: 45%
 
Details:  Credit partners will be added as a legal, decision making member of the LLC having 75% of the LLC.  The credit partner will remain on the LLC until such time that the loan is either completely paid or refinanced releasing credit partner.  Credit partner will receive upfront compensation once loan is funded.  All parties will sign an in-depth Partnership Participation Agreement which will outline the details of the LLC including profit share.  At the end of the transaction, credit partner will be removed from LLC.
