Went on a vacation for a destination wedding of a friend that lives in Chicago in the Dominican Republic.  The resorts were amazing and it was nice to visit a developing third world country.  When I went for a ride off the resort it was amazing to differentiate the poverty level of the have and have not's.  Driving though the countryside you could see the homes being built and suprising there were quite a few real estate offices.  This got me to thinking of an acquaintance that recently bought a mountain in Costa Rica.  Beware of buying land in Costa Rica/Haiti/DR, I'm sorry to say I know some of these scam artists, You may be buying part of a mountain.  (there are so many scammers down here) "Miami is a Sunny City with a lot of Shady people".

This Wednesday I am going to the www.byreferralonly.com which is good for new people for the mortgage and real estate profession, at the Seminole Hard Rock and Hotel and Casino in Hollywood FL.  If you see me there say Hi!

Thanks for sharing this for us. I totally know what you're saying about 3rd world countries. They are beautiful but a sense of sadness as well.
