Okay, I just need to vent a little here before I go absolutely crazy over finding a Quality realtor.  This all stems from our current realtor, whom by the way, we are just starting a partnership with (since our last realtor moved to another state recently).  Well I emailed our realtor a list of 12 properties yesterday that we would like to go see on Saturday morning and he actually calls me and said that he thought he informed us during our initial interview/meeting that Saturdays were his day off?  DAY OFF on the busiest day for real-estate?  Needless to say, not what we wanted to hear!

Now I have to try and find a realtor who will be willing and able to meet us for approximately 3-4 hours of walking through properties on Saturday.  Shouldn't be hard to do as they would be making fast commissions since we are looking to purchase 1-2 rehab properties ASAP.

So my overall question for everyone out there is - are there any really good, quality realtors that understand the investing side of the game out there?
