You tell me... Not only are they changing the real estate game by creating
and distributing the sickest programs and courses, but now they have started
giving away trips, prizes, gifts, and now.... get this.... A Hummer H2!
These guys are actually Giving Away A Hummer as a promo item!!
I'm not sure if you know Preston and Pete from Tampa, but in light of their
Freedomsoft Reloaded Launch, they are giving away their Hummer H2 as a
promotion!! How overboard is that?

If you find a short sale listing that I end up buying I will include you in the deal.
I purchase short sale properties from listing agents. I pay the full allowed commission plus my buyer’s Realtor gives up 1% of his commission. We do the short sale negotiating with the bank to be in control the "pricing activity."
Once I become the holder of the fee simple title I; then, resell MY property using the same listing agent. In other words the original listing agent gets paid twice on the same property. This can happen in a very short time frame.
