So i have a partner whose as excited as i am to be young entrepreneurs and tap into the real estate business....but no matter how many books I've read, nothing seems to be getting done... We have meetings and we discuss our goals but i have yet to see any results. We need help, and it's kind of difficult to find good advice because we do not really know anyone who is successful in real estate..... what should be the 1st thing for us to do?????
