Today I am working on wholesaleing a property that I got under contract on August 10th. I have been advertising on Craigslist and have also given the property information to a seasoned investor friend who has forwarded the property to his buyers. Its been moving a bit slow. it seems the problem with this property is that it has a very strange layout due to multiple families living in the property and having done their own, very different, customizations. So the floorplan doesn't flow as well. However, with a little rehab, it could be a very lucrative property becuase there is a lot of space, it has 5 bedrooms and two studio houses in the back. We will see. In the meantime when I'm not advertising for this property, I'm making offers on other REO properties. I think its important to keep pushing forward to build up the pipeline. Hopefully I will be able to finally close on this Hyattsville property and move on to another one! Things move slow sometimes but I'm just going to take it one day at a time and work for the best.
