Well today was very productive, I filtered through calls and messages of potential buyers, I one deal seems promising. (Secretly praying for this to happen like YESTERDAY). Had 2 conversations with potential real estate agents, one here in South Florida and another in Orlando; told them both what I wanted, and what I was looking for in terms of old listing, sfr, and reo's (still trying to figure out how to make the REO work out for me) I've read the forum until I could puke, but I guess when your doing that at 3:00am, It might not stick...lol
Nonetheless, these guys seem just as eager as me, so I'm hoping that I'm able to assemble a team and things will work out.
Question if anyone can answer this: Is it possible to get a wholesale price on a piece of property if the real estate agent gave it to me via an MLS listing (if its not a foreclosure and its not an REO), they people just want to sell, BUT the listing is like a year old? Can I send a direct letter to the home owner, or do I or should I go through the realtor if it is coming off of there MLS they are providing? Think I'll post that on the forum, but first I need to figure out were that question would go...
