Ok, so late lastnight, or early this morning, depending on your view. (2:00am-3:00am), I was out putting bandit signs up. I've gotten a total of 8 inquiries on only 24 signs. If I did the math correctly, that's 30% feedback. I floored by the response (I think I told myself, if I get one call, that would be impressive, but 8) I can't wait to see what happens when I can afford to put out 100-500 signs. LOL

I've sent out my emails for the potiential buyers, and in the process of putting out signs, I came across a FSBO, left a message, hoping to get a call back (even though I'm scared to death about what I will say). 

Action Step: Tomorrow, I will set out to  either do a yellow letter campaign, or just print flyers and business cards, (Is it illegal to just drive by and stick things in peoples mailboxes?)

Make your 8 calls today!!! Have paper and pencil ready to gather the details. Have fun, relax, they called you first and WANT to sell. If they talk about the property improvements, probably not too motivated. If they talk about their finance situation first, they are probably more motivated.
