Well its been a couple of days since my last post-

I've been really busy, with personal things and setting up my real estate investment company.  If there are any new investors, and I'm referring to someone that has yet to do a deal....please surround yourself with people that believe in you, that have faith in you, and can see your potential. 

Sometimes the people we love the most, can be so cynical, and these are the very people you have to distance yourself from. It might sound harsh, the the reality of this is, if your not motivated, and you don't have a cheer leading section encouraging your every step, it diminishes your percentage of success.  

Action Step: Team up with a mentor (I want to accomplish this before the month is out) So, here's me throwing my hat into the ring: If anyone out there has some spare time, and wouldn't mind taking a hard working, driven individual under there wing, I'd love to hear from you...
