I have several multi-fam. (2-4 units)deals that Im working on in Essex/Union County New Jersey that have significant profit spreads but need funding.  I also have several end buyers in place who have all been pre-approved for fha loans who are eager.  My problem is that i need funding for the acquisition.  Does anyone know of any investors who are currently lending in NJ! I AM WILLING TO PAY ABOVE RATE FOR SHORT TERM FUNDING! Other investors in NJ dont want to give up thier contacts or lending sources because the market is so competitve.  PLEASE HELP ME! THESE DEALS ARE GOING FAST!
