I wanted to introduce ourselves, Cedar Creek Enterprises, to the community. We are located in Camino, Ca (Apple Hill Country).

We are here to continue to build up our portfolio of RE properties and network with other RE investors in the Northern California region (located in the Sierra foothills), as well as reach out to those investors and groups across California and the West Coast.

We have a good selection of properties in El Dorado, Amador, Nevada, Sacramento and surrounding counties. We are currently specializing in Foreclosures, Wholesale buying and Lease Options for Single and multi-family residential. We are also in the market for Commercial properties as well as Land Development.
