Desperately in need of a Day Funder for three (3) propereties I am getting ready to place under contract - Have Buyers waiting in the wings to complete the wholesale deal, but and hessitant to proceed before locating a Day Funder.
Can anyone out there provide some advice, direction, or referral in this regard.Thanks
