I am looking to work hands on with anyone in the area that is working on any rehab or wholesales or short sales.  At this time, I'm just looking for experience...not your money!  If anyone reading this has or knows someone that has a property that wouldn't mind a newby sittin' in and taking notes, please, comment.  I'm willing to do some work if needed... MOIVATED, MOTIVATED & MOTIVATED!!  As you can see, I'm motivated!!
