WANTED: Director of Sales & Marketing  
Seeking ambitious, smart, results-driven direct marketer! Broad-based knowledge of direct/online marketing trends essential to growing multi-million dollar real estate investment information marketing company.  
Duties include:   
 Develop direct mail, telemarketing, radio, television and online advertising.       Coordinating market research, marketing strategy, promotion, product development, and public relations activities.     
Copywriting - must be able to create or obtain well-written “information marketing-oriented” material to promote events and products.     
 Oversee advertising and promotion staff, promotion agencies and media services companies.   
 Create/implement results tracking.   Detail-oriented organizer with strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills and possess potential to perform in fluctuating & challenging environment. Positive attitude is essential!
