When doing same day closings, How are the closing fees worked out? Is it basically negotiated at that time with the title company??? Im sure me as the buyer and the seller isnt paying them twice. Is there any that can give honest advice???
simultaneous closings, buy a property close on it ,and have your buyer there at the closing to purchase the property from you and close again.
I am not clear on the "Same day closing" comment.
