Many wholesale deals available but most importantly I would like to know what you consider to be a "Real Deal".   Email me and I will email you a known technique to profit from paying TOP Dollar for a piece of real estate in ANY market.  Large or Small!

Hey everyone, thanks for posting... I never realized how fun this could be.     I think all the comments are great, it shows us as each individual we all have a uniqueness (sp) about us and what we consider to fit our needs/desires.  Colorful!    If the numbers work, I so go for it!

I have Several Lease options I would consider selling for 85% of the lease option price. All of these homes are currently leased and would cashflow around $200 a month. They have all been completely rehabbed - you can see some of them on my website http://www.2rto.com . If anyone is interested - let me know.

I want to hear what you have to say... A real deal to me is $20K+ in equity, low interest loan/owner financing and $200.00 cash flow a month income...
