Hello Everyone,

As part of the expansion of my real estate business, the amount of leads coming in for renters is becoming too much to handle.  I am in the property management business part time, and as of Sunday I have 22 calls that I need to get back to.  I am fielding all of the phone calls myself, and its beginning to be a real burden and drain to me both physically and mentally.

For those of you buy and hold investors, or property managers out there, what type of systems do you have in place to answer these calls and to get to them promptly?  I would like a few recommendations on answering services and what you all think about them.  I like the idea of an answering service, but I have the feeling that no one could answer the phone better than I can...which I know is stupid to think...but I am realizing that I will burn myself out if I keep this up.

HELP ME!

Kind Regards,

Manolis

Now, last month you wanted to find tenants, now you...lol! You may not be able to do what I've done in the past, I just put on the sign:

CALL BETWEEN 6 P.M. AND 9:00 P.M. M-F, 12:00 PM TO 5:00 PM SAT.

Property will be leased on a first come first serve basis. Thank You for your interest.

(But these were my units, not for an owner, they may not appreciate that)
