Hi everyone. I'm somewhat new to the site. I can say as a real estate investor over the past several years that finding deals and teams to get those deals done is the hardest part of our business. The industry is constantly changing from guidelines in financing to home prices going up or down. The exciting thing i've found is that no matter the market, with real estate there's always a way to make money. The teams you need change with each market. Wholesalers are a huge part of todays market while bank financing is huge when the markets are appreciating. Apprasils are extremely important when needing money to pull out for future deals and creative financing is huge in all markets. I'm constantly looking to build my team and gain connections for now and in the future.

 I'm not sure exactly where to post on the site that i'm looking for people who have wholesale and finance connections in todays market. Please let me know if you have any expertise in these areas and i'm sure i can share some valuable information with you.
