Hello Everyone,

It has been a while since I last posted a blog, and I finally had some time at work to get away from the daily accounting grind.

My attitude lately has been in the dumps when it relates to my accounting job.  I have checked out mentally and physically, and I really am not fulfilled at all by the work that I do there.  When it comes to real estate however, things are GREAT!  I am still as passionate as I always am at the prospects of getting into the real estate game full time.

To this end, I have been trying to think of ways to grow my savings just enough so that I can feel confident in quitting my full time job in accounting and hitting the ground running as it pertains to real estate.  I have found that way.

Property Leasing / Management.

This weekend, I will be increasing my nest egg by about $1,000.  I will be filling two vacancies, and I feel as if I have a few more coming on the horizon.  This was the small amount I made in my first month of trying this out.  How many hours did I put in?  A LOT!  However, this is what it's going to take to start building a business, and through my first month of operations, I have been able to streamline things already.

So, I am getting motivated to continue my real estate career, and it is nice to see that my efforts are finally starting to pay off.  Be persistent.  Keep your attitude positive, and when you do start feeling down, be aware of it and try to snap out of it.  Being negative will bring you no where but down.  Reach for the stars!

Kind Regards,

Manolis
