I cannot help notice that te US market offers so many oppertunities at present in the buying of Bare Land, my sources tell me to invest in the US especially ware you can buy land for as little as $100 Plus and whole sale the same pease leaving at least 50-60% on the table for your buyer, i wish NZ was like this, how ever sellers here a still wanting full retail for their properties. What is your experiance in the US market?
