"Many people think that if they were only in some other place,
or had some other job, they would be happy. Well, that is doubtful.
So get as much happiness out of what you are doing as you can and
don't put off being happy until some future date."

~ Dale Carnegie

The old saying 'the grass is greener on the other side' needs an update.  Perhaps 'the tall weeds growing in clumps is preferable to the short ones on my side' , or 'the fertilized, carefully tended, mowed and talked about grass is better than my barely thought about, underwatered, bug infested weed choked patchy brown straw side'.

Why not look, I mean really look at what you have. It's yours. You are the one in that spot looking at it. Why want anything else?! All you would have to do is put a little thought and effort into your 'grass' and with consistant diligent effort, your 'grass' will be the envy of others and they will want what you have because your happy with it. (write a book about your efforts)

Wanting a different lifestyle is as old as time and so is the effort. That's why there are so many people willing to show you just how bad you have it and how good they have it from a dot com company named "greenergrassin30day.com". Don't worry, Just be persistant and keep working out that mastermind of yours and you will achieve what you never thought possible.

Let's look at your side of the fence and get happy from it:  hhmmmm.....you could see if the person is wanting or needing to sell the land that his grass grows on, from the other side, then buy and sell it while leasing yours out to a local  farmer who needs the untended field for his cattle. Perhaps the lease option of a parcel of your land for an exchange of beef, maybe sell that meat at..........I think you get the picture.

Make your own happiness for today and tomorrow!
