Hi, I just wrote a long blog about marketing and the site froze so now i will shorten it up!

I know a lot of you spend a lot of time trying different ways to market. Many of you may not be getting a great response and the reason has to do with consistency. I market using billboards, radio, letters, and bandits. My best response is from mailings.

Colin received a video from me that he should be posting soon under the video section that should be very helpful to all of you. You ahve to take your list and make sure you send each person a mailing atleast everyfew days. I realize it is a lot of work and a hassle but it is a MUST! You can send them a different letter or the same one over and over. It doesnt matter. Use colored birthday envelopes or something creative. Each person should get atleast 5 mailings from you. Keep up the effort of mailing and i promise you will get deals.
