So here I am, once again using company time in my full time accounting job to write blogs and to learn more about real estate.  I have checked out mentally from my full time job.  All I think about is real estate!

I remember when I first started in accounting and was the consumate over-achiever.  I would look at people who didn't stay late as slackers and wondered if they would ever make it in the world.  Now, the roles are reverse.  I am now that person who I use to look down upon.  Ever since I started down this real estate road, I have been slowly loosing interest in my accounting job.  It's scary.  I dream of being laid off!

The sad part about the whole thing is that even with my limited interest and slacker attitude, I am still producing as much if not more than most of the people working at my current firm....at this rate, I will need to sleep on the job to get Fired!

Hahaha....just had to rant a little bit.

Kind Regards,

Manolis

dude it is crazy how similar our situations are.  I am a sales rep for AutoTrader Classics, Been here 2 years and a couple months.  I was sales rep of the year last year, and i currently have been back and forth as highest earner and second highest earner all year this year.  I basically do real estate related things all day now and have no motivation what so ever.  The commission structure has changed which doesnt help at all but even still, the whole 9-5 B.S. is getting wicked old very quickly.  My firends at work and I just bitch all day long and also await the day of being let go, lol.

Right There With Ya Man...  too funny

remember the funny things i blogged the other day?  this one was the best one..

"-You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you’ve made up your mind that you just aren’t doing anything productive for the rest of the day.
