Today was a power day for me. As a fired up noob, I was able to find properties on line. I then pounded the pavement to check out my finds from online, I discovered more properties. After doing my due dilegence, I was astounded by the amount of gems to be found. I didn't have to put on special gem finding glasses, read special gem finding books, they were just right there out in the open! Imagine that, me, a noob, finding great deals to share with others!  All I did was just keep moving forward.  I would find a sour deal, then move on; I found 2 great deals, but kept moving on. I then found 1 good deal, and ....kept moving on. I have enough to keep me busy for the next day, but man, I will relish the day when I can quit my j.o.b.!

Yes, I am a little insane, but in a good way. Doing what I love makes the time fly by!
