I have always been a fan of basketball. My 3 Favorite players of all time are Michael Jordan, Kevin Garnett, and Bill Russel.

Jordan, in my opinion is by far the greatest man to ever plan the game of basketball. His will to win, desire to get better and unwaivering confidence is simply amazing. Keven Garnett, in my opinion is one of the most complete players in the game today. He is not the best scorer, passer, or shooter, but his tenacity and desire to win appears to overcome any shortcoming he, and his team may or may not have. Garnett is always an amazing teamate. He motivates every player on the team, sometimes even the coaches. As for Russell, what more need to be said than 11 championships in 13 seasons, the only real Dynasty in NBA history.

Another reason I like these 3 men is that they have all inspired me in my business. I've learned from Jordan that you have to always believe in yourself, and in by doing so, you will make believer's out of everyone else. When Jordan first came to the NBA, all anyone knew about him was that he could score. 6 championships, several MVP's and continued appearances on the all defensive team including a defensive player of the year title later, no one doubts the ability and skill of Jordan.

From Garnett, I've learned that as wonderful as I may be, I have to encourage others and work with others to ensure success. I've learned that the only way for my company to prosper, is to ensure that everyone on my team, realtors, REO agents, contractors, attorney's, landscapers, fellow investors, and my home buyers, prosper. Kevin Garnett continues to be one of the best players in the league because he is one of if not the best teamate in the league.

From Russell, I've learned that you must continue to grow and adapt to new situations and circumstances. In my business of real estate, the market dictates everything. As the market adjusts so must my company. Russell and the Celtics were able to win 11 out of 13 straight seasons. A feat unmatched in the NBA. How did they continue to win, the Celtics developed a game plan for every team they played and stuck to that game plan. As teams changed and trades were made, they adjusted their plans to ensure they will continue to win.

These individuals, all great in the own way, have continue to be an inspiration to me and my Business. I apply many of the things I have learned from them on a daily basis in my business, because I want my business to be as successful as they are.
