I'll get right down to one of the key elements to wholesaling and really any business....MARKETING. We are just a marketing machine and the product is our properties. After you learn how to comp, do repair estimates and negotiate, it really is just a marketing war. We are always marketing for buyers and sellers. Both ends are equally important. Our current buyers list is over 15,000 people and we get about 400+ leads per month. We dont do anything that any other investor doesnt do, we just do more of it and all the time. Some of our stuff below
1. Newspaper - every month
2. Craigslist - every day
3. Mailers - every day
4. Networking - 4x week
5. Billboards - up every month
6. Bandits - every week
7. Emails - every week
8. Web advertising - every week
