I have been using Coastal Fundings POF generator but it is down and I need to present a short sale packet ASAP.  Does anyone else know where I can find another Proof of Funds generator I can use in a hurry?  All assistance is greatly appreciated.

You can get a POF quickly at Short Sale Wealth Funding, http://shortsalewealthfunding.com/. All you have to do is give them a little information. It's a free service and if you need transactional funding they will help you with that. Good luck!
