Hi Everyone,

I have a client that is interested in a rent to own property in the following cities. If anyone has any available please let me know.

-Anaheim, Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Tustin, Orange, Costa Mesa, Yorba Linda, Fullerton, and is willing to go as far as Corona.

He has a foreclosure on his credit because it didn't make sense to keep paying $2k per month on a house with a loan balance of $335k and is now worth $90k. The bank would not work out a loan modification or short sale plan with him because he made enough money to keep paying. He has a solid job and has been working for the Unites States Postal Service as a Mail Man for the past 6 years. His wife is currently going to school and has good credit, she is not employed so she doesn't qualify for a loan. We are planning on using her to qualify later in the future once she finishes school and start working in about 2 yrs.

Please let me know if any of you have any Rent to Own homes available.
