We just began marketing our first wholesale deal this past weekend. One road-bump we are running into, is finding buyers who can handle big deals. We have been using the following ways to market our deal so far:
- Emailing buyer's list
- Posting bulletin on Realestateinvestor.com
- Twitter post
- Tweetlisting (Twitter site that posts your property on a recurring basis and enables users to email you if they are interested)
- Postings on other real estate forums
- Cold calling builders and construction companies in area
- Posting on Facebook and Wordpress blog pages
- Offering bird dog fee for investors who can provide us with an end buyer
- Posting on postlets.com (ends up posting to numerous sites, such as Zillow, Trulia, Myspace, Craigslist, FrontDoor, Hotpads, etc.)
We are still trying to come up with other creative ways to market our deals. What are other people doing to get their deals out there to qualified end users?
- Pete
