I was talking to a guy last week about locking down a serious REO package, and to be honest the numbers were a bit intimidating. When he saw my eyes grow big he asked me a question: "How do you eat an elephant?" Of course I always have some smart ass comment, but the answer was "One bite at a time." I laughed at the time, but point behind it was pretty cool--- Anything can be done if you do it one small step at a time.
