Well I have good news.  So like I said in previous blogs I've been working hard to secure some deals.  And I have!!!  So far three of my offers were accepted.  1st offer was 2,300 2nd was 4,650 3rd was 3,500.  So these offers were accepted now what.  I want to wholesale them but I have to close on them first and this is where I'm running into a problem.  With no cash how do I obtain these deals.  This is where I'm getting confused when talking to other professionals.  The say get property so I do, then they say find money(but thats the hard part.)  It's been said time and time again "you can do this with no money or credit".  So how do I do that.  Finding the deals is no problem, I have an agent who is submitting them as I tell her to and so far I got three out of ten accepted in the last week.  I don't want to lose my deals, so I need healthy advice on what to do next.  I have 48 hours to submit the contract package and earnest money but I don't have earnest money or cash to purchase the deals.    All the deals that got accepted have the due dill. done already just ready to begin the closing process.  I have exit strategies for the deals and potential buyers, but I still need to close the deals in my name because I can't assign contracts to investors.  Can anybody give advice on what I should do?
