As i talked briefly about the deals on hold ,BECAUSE OF NO MONEY!!!. I have a deal in the works to buy a 10 unit apartment bldg. the owner is asking 240k ,I can shave that down to 200-180k. The place is down to the walls (major makover).I applied to get a hard money loan,to purchase, renovate, and rent-out the property...I'm still waiting for the reply...
