Hello fellow investors, my name is Edison S. Francis of Port Arthur, TX.  I am very intrested in investing in apartments.  I would like to know what would be the first thing i should do.  I have been doing some research and found several complexes for sale.  I would like to know how do i get all the information on the property, rent roll, utilities,etc... so i can see if i put together a win-win deal.
