So I got my REAL first lead a few months ago and worked and worked to get the property this guy wanted. I found amazing deals that I knew this guy couldnt turn down.

He has inherited money and is young (younger than me) and had 2 kids. This was basically his chance to make a firm foundation for his family and also take advantage of this awesome market. Then a few weeks into the property searches, the advice and such...he backs out! What happened?

He then came along and said he had been working with a realtor and shared a few of the properties his realtor was giving him. They werent what he was looking for. The prices werent right, they werent in the right area and he was an anxious buyer.

By this time, I was asking myself why was this guy going with the realtor that wasnt doing their job? I thought that the lead was solid and he had a friend refer him to me.

Normally I dont give out a full address because the buyer can just go along and give the business else where. I tried to be a believer and gave him a few address' thinking this guy wont run with them. Couple weeks later the guy has given excuses as to why he hasnt got back to me.

Where did I go wrong? Do you give your buyer the full address and hope they dont give it to a realtor. C'mon guys give me some advice? Thanks
