Cash buyer looking for Texas Properties not to exceed 70% LTV including Rehab cost.
Median Price of Homes 80k - 135k Counties in which I will buy are "Tarrant" "Hood" and "Parker".
Property can not be in "war-zones" requiring or needing "BRINKS" to collect rent(s).
Will only consider properties that have direct contact number(s) of seller, at least (5) photos and other relevant info
for purchase considerations.
POF available if property meets purchase criteria 70% LTV including rehab cost -
