I recently signed up with a hedgefund to provide assignment of contract deals to them. They are actively seeking to acquire as many properties as possible in the 50-65 cents on the dollar range. No limit on the acquisition price or area (must be in Southern California). Proof of funds etc is no issue what I need are deals, not deals that you are trying to flip out but deals that you personally have under contract that we will joint venture together to unload them fast for big paydays!
