I need a local friendly title company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730.
My buyer is interested in purchasing the home but I do not have a Title Company.
I am working on a wholesaler deal and I am doing a double closing.
Is it ok to use my buyer Title Company?
This is my first deal so I am very excited.
Please advise.
