Needing JV Partners for a Commercial Deal in Vancouver, WA.
Currently there is a 6400 sq ft brick office building on the property built in 2005. There is room for Phase 2 and it is permit ready for a 10,000 sq ft two story brick building.
Great area, great numbers, super long term investment. The zoning is C3, which is medical, dental and office. Phase I is leased up and we can begin pre leasing Phase 2 as soon as we close on the transation.
The building site is off Mill Plain in Vancouver.
