We operate as financial loan brokers in our area and originate many good real estate secured loan opportunities. These loan originations are usually low loan to value (LTV) ratios and offer you a high rate of return with a very minimal risk.

We screen all of our clients and require financial statements, tax returns, either appraisals on the property or tax statements showing true cash or assessed value of the property, and we always inspect each property and take several pictures. These loan requests are compiled and held in our office and upon your request we can send you an investment summary outlining the pertinent data about each loan.
