The website is coming along nicely.  However ... I do need some input on how much to charge for advertising.  I also need input on how to set up each property.  

Example:

Houses:

1 bedroom, 1 bath, 6 room on 1.5 acres Clean, beautiful, needs nothing, close to stores, schools, and other things.  Asking $120,000.  Please call So-and-so at (443)446-1234.  (The name and phone number would be yours)

2 bedroom, 1.5 baths, 1 car garage, nice neighborhood, school in walking distance, near bus route, quiet street, 2 acres. Asking $89,900  Please call ...
