For those keeping up with my survey problem blog,... it's taken a turn for the worse. 

I had everything set to go, the survey's dragged their feet about getting the property fninshed and here we are.... still not finished.  They went out yesterday and the renter next door RAN THEM OFF!  She has decided that she WANTS My front property and she wants the back property to put 2 trailers .. one in front of my house and one in back of my house. 

I called the lawyer, who told me to call the sheriff.   I called the land owner (not the renter) and he informs me that he went on and sold the property to the renters.  He did an owner financing to them and I had to deal with them now.  *%^* GREAT!!!   He told me to stop the survey until they signed the papers.  SO?  They DON'T own it right now, they haven't closed.  He told me I was NOT going to screw up his deal. 

So, the story hasn't ended.  I'll keep you posted to whether I end up with a trailer in my front yard.  Oh, the renters/owners told my renters they were putting a toll booth in the driveway to charge them per drive in and out.. lovely neighbors to have.. right?
