Oiiiiiii!
Brazil is considered to be a BEM (Big Emerging Market) They are completely energy efficient and the government is becoming less involved with the business aspects of the housing market. The middle class is rising and the gap between the wealthy and poor is closing in. Therefore, the Brazilian people want to purchase their own homes not rent them. The Banco do Brasil has made efforts and more risks by lending money with lower interest rates for this rising middle class. There are more jobs being created in Brazil everyday especially because they are energy efficient and also the dollar has been depreciating against the Brazilian Real when compared to the last 4 years. Also the Brazilian airlines TAM has just entered the American market making it more affordable to travel to Brazil. Brazil is a prime market to start investing in especially because the world cup will be help in Brazil in 2016 (GO SOCCER)! Natal is one area that is being looked at to sponsor a game, David Beckham has already started investing there. The Brazilian housing industry has been flourishing and I have the contacts to enter this market. Let me know if anyone is interested!!!
